No kids or extra guests, they will not be allowed to wait in the lobby or studio. We love them, but we do not the have space to accommodate.
A $30 deposit is required to book an appointment, deposits must be sent within 5 hours to secure the time. Otherwise the appointment time will no longer be available. Deposit are non refundable.
There will be a 15 min grace period, after the 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and will have forfeited the deposit. Be mindful of traffic and possibility of getting lost.
Cancellation 24 hr notice. Appointments can be rescheduled once if so. Any cancellations under 24 hrs deposits will be forfeited. We understand things happen, just let us know!
No show appointments will no longer be able book any further appointments, and will lose your deposit.
New clients, Please come with your nails bare! We do not work over other technicians work.
Appointments that are rescheduled must be done within a month. Deposit will be forfeited otherwise.
